Home insurance will not cover Termites because they come under vermin infestation. Therefore any damage that Termites do will cost you. It is said that Termites cost more money then flood and fire do per year to house holders. But here at Bwize we will offer you a $100,000 timber replacement warranty when one of our fully licensed Inspectors carries out a inspection on you home. Every property should have at lest one Annual Inspection per year! Australian Standards recommend at least one annual inspection per year. If your risk is high you may need more regular inspections. The Bwize team perform this and all our inspections to Australian Standards, you could say because we utilize the latest tools such as our Termatrac and Thermal Imaging Camera that we work above the Standard. Termites can enter you home at any stage, often termites are only detected when they have already caused $1000's worth of damage or you start to renovate. If left alone they can totally destroy your home. Bwize Inspectors will go over your home and grounds and give you advice on prevention and risk. Think of the Annual Inspection as a service for the biggest asset that most people will own. PREVENTION IS BETTER THEN THE CURE

What do we inspect? At Bwize we inspect as per Australian standard the Roof Void, the Sub Floor, all accessible Walls inside and outside and up to 50 meters of your grounds. We also check all 'wet' areas (showers etc) with a moisture meter. We may use our Thermal Imaging Camera on all walls that are accessible and use the Termatrac on areas like under baths and 'wet' areas. |
