Building Inspection

At Bwize we have over 40 years of experience in the building trade. Our Building Inspector will carry out a thorough Visual Inspection in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007 and write a thorough report in lay-mans terms so it is easy to understand. The Inspection covers all of the following areas that are assessable, the roof void, the sub floor, all accessible walls inside and outside, fences and out buildings with 50 meters of the dwelling. Our Building Inspector's name and contact details are on the end of the report, so that if you have any questions you can talk to the Inspector that completed the inspection.
